Terms of Use

1. Suppliers | Users must agree to onboard their products onto our system to utilize the scanME-getME QR Code and Lead System. The management or Developers of scanME-getME will forward an excel spreadsheet or best method suited to upload products. Pack-shots or images need to comply with the specification given. Keep a look out for their emails.

2. Suppliers | Users are required to pay a small registration fee, along with a monthly subscription fee or a one-time usage fee when exhibiting products through the system. Depending on the terms of use, an agent will send a Quotation based on your onboarding information. Payment needs to be sent to: info@roocorp.co.za

3. Suppliers | Users should ensure that the products uploaded comply with all relevant laws and regulations.

4. Products uploaded should adhere to the guidelines of the platform and not be misleading or harmful in any way.

5. The scanME-getME QR Code and Lead System should only be used for legitimate business purposes.

6. Suppliers | Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided for each product uploaded.

7. Any misuse of the system or violation of the terms and conditions may result in suspension or termination of the supplier's account.

8. Non Payment may result in suspension
These rules help maintain a fair and transparent ecosystem for suppliers, exhibitors or any user utilizing the scanME-getME QR Code system and Lead System.

9. Long term agreements are subject to a 6 month subscription.
